Hello, I’m Nasreen.
I am a qualified integrative therapist and BACP Member with a genuine commitment to supporting adults through some of life’s most challenging moments. My journey into this work was shaped by a deep-rooted belief that every person deserves a space where they can be truly heard — without conditions, without judgement, and without having to manage how they appear to others.
I work with adults from a wide range of cultural, professional, and personal backgrounds. I have particular experience supporting people navigating cultural identity, intergenerational trauma, the pressures of balancing multiple roles, and the complexity of being between worlds.
My integrative approach draws on person-centred, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioural frameworks, tailoring the work to you as an individual. You are the expert on your own life. My role is to walk alongside you toward clarity, healing, and growth.

How I work
PERSON-CENTRED
Built on unconditional positive regard and genuine empathy. You lead the direction of therapy; I offer a warm, consistent presence alongside you.
COGNITIVE BEHAVIOURAL (CBT)
Practical, structured work to identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours that maintain distress.
TRAUMA-INFORMED
Safety and stabilisation always come first. All work is underpinned by trauma awareness and you remain in control of the pace at every stage.
MINDFULNESS-BASED
Drawing on mindfulness and somatic awareness to develop a kinder, more grounded relationship with thoughts, emotions, and the present moment.
